The Eagles ran their 2016 record to 4-0 with an impressive 38-7 victory over the visiting Lanier Longhorns. Lanier blocked a Northside punt on their first possession of the game and returned it for a touchdown for an early 7-0 lead, but the Eagles responded with an 11 play / 65 yard touchdown on a Tobias Oliver 8 yard run to tie the game and never looked back.
