The Eagles continued to roll Friday night by improving to 4-0 with a 54-9 victory of the Stockbridge Tigers. For the second time this season, the Eagles emptied the bench in the second half as sophomores Brandon Jordan and Jerome Mitchell scored their first varsity touchdowns. Northside quarterbacks Jacobi Rodriguez and Marques Ivory combined for a perfect passing night by going 10 for 10 for 180 yards and 2 TDs. Makya Jackson led the receiving corps by grabbing 3 passes and scoring one TD. Byron Hunter recored another hundred yard rushing night in gaining 115 yards on just 10 carries and 2 touchdowns - pushing his season totals to 588 yards & 7 TDs. The Eagles now take off next weekend before the huge intra-county showdown with the Houston Co. Bears.
